What is included in the room rental rate?

While we are able to put together custom packages based on your specific event needs, generally speaking, all of our packages include:

  • Private room rental
  • Set up of all tables and chairs
  • Set up of all decorations
  • Rental of tables, chairs, black linens, tableware, and barware for each guest
  • Rental of cafe lighting in main room of the space
  • Cake cutting service at event
  • Use of our vintage and patio furniture
  • Use of our AV system
  • Dimmable lighting
  • Two decorative easels and wooden lanterns
  • Security (if needed)
  • Clean up of the space, including trash removal (with assistance from catering team)
  • Ability to pick up decorations the business day following your event
  • Event Host
  • Two complimentary in-person planning meetings
  • Unlimited phone calls and emails
  • Customized floor plan
  • Secure, online payment tools

If you decide to host your wedding ceremony and reception at Rooftop, our Wedding Package includes the following in addition to the items listed above:

  • Access to our luxury Bridal Suite two hours prior to guest arrival time
  • Ivory table linens and napkins
  • Ceremony clean up and transformation into additional reception space
  • One additional complimentary in-person planning meeting
  • Complimentary valet service (Friday and Saturday evenings only)
