How does Rooftop handle multiple requests for the same date?

All bookings for Rooftop Event Spot are done on a first-come, first-served basis. The only way to secure your date is with a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once that is done, your date is on the calendar and we turn away any other requests for the date and time slot.

We do our best to keep all parties that inquire about a particular date aware of the status of that date's availability, however with the high volume of requests and fast nature of the industry, sometimes that is not always possible.

If you know you love the space and your date is not flexible, it is in your best interest to request an agreement from the Event Manager, sign it, and pay the non-refundable deposit so your date is secured.
