Big Reds & Bubbles: An Urban Crust Dining Experience

We always love the opportunity to host our sister-companies in our space, so when Urban Crust asked to host their December "Big Reds & Bubbles" Wine Dinner at Rooftop, we were more than excited!
Almost 130 guests attended the five course meal, which was complete with wine and champagne pairings. A raw bar with passed appetizers served as the first course and welcomed the guests with a cocktail-style reception.
The customers at Urban Crust are more like family, so it made perfect sense that each of the remaining four courses were served family style at each table. Gnocchetti and lentil bolognese, braised pork ossobuco, chili-rubbed angus NY strip, and white chocolate bread pudding made up the rest of the dinner, and nobody left hungry!
